Seit dem 17. Jahrhundert ist das Gut Hardegg im Besitz seiner Familie. Im letzten Jahrzehnt hat Maximilian seine Landwirtschaft zu einem Vorzeigebetrieb in Sachen Artenvielfalt gemacht. Eine naturnahe Bewirtschaftung wird auch Abnehmern aus der Gastronomie immer wichtiger&#8230;&#8220;<\/em>, so die Kurzzusammenfassung TV.
