Die Selektion ”vom Schloss” stammt aus den über 400 Jahre alten Weinrieden rund um Schloss Seefeld. Entsprechend traditionsbewusst werden Böden, Reben und Weine gepflegt. ”Authentisch & trinkfreudig” sind sie begehrte Speisenbegleiter.

We are particularly proud of these fillings. Our large single vineyard Steinbügel gives us the chance to combine distinctive soil characteristics, elegance and finesse in the best batches. The result is wines with a high degree of individuality and storability.

A touch of exoticism and extravagance. These are our Viognier, Forticus or the single barrel bottling of a 20-year-old Veltliner brandy. We love to devote ourselves to "unusual" varieties, ideas and projects. The vintage sparkling wine and the Riesling Spätlese are also considered true insider tips!

Not only organic viticulture, but also integrated agriculture has a long tradition in the Hardegg family. This type of farming contributes significantly to the preservation of nature and biodiversity and is a prerequisite for excellent food.

From year-round bird food to bee pasture - a perennial flowering mix for bees, butterflies, bumblebees and other beneficial insects - to our uniquely creamy blossom honey or virgin, cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
