PHILOSOPHY & STYLE
Since 2006, all the vineyards of the winery have been cultivated in a controlled organic-biological way. In this way, the soil qualities and the resilience of the vines are strengthened. Biodiversity and species diversity are revitalised. Our wines convince through balance, finesse and harmony. THE BAROQUE CELLAR
The centrepiece of the winery is the historic courtyard cellar dating from 1640 with its labyrinthine corridors. As if made for a sparkling wine manufactory, the cellar tubes stretch into infinity. "Hand-riddled" is given a new symbol: our vintage sparkling wines are among the best in Austria.
